My Angel Joey was born on June 21,1971, and died on June 23,1998.He was hit by a car while riding his bike to the store. He was in a coma for two weeks before he died, of massive brain damamge. He leaves behind a lot of people who miss and love him. Joey was a very special young man, who had a mental illness, but who had touched many many lives with his goodness and love for all people. To him it didn't matter what color you were or how big or small, or for that matter what age you were, he loved everyone.Over 300 people attended his funeral, some of them I did not know, except that I knew if they were there then they were ok.Because if Joey knew them and liked them then they were good even if we could not see the goodness in them, he always did.You can read all about joey and what we as his family went through while we waited to see what was going to happen next in the two weeks he was in a coma, by going to see Joey's StoryHe leaves a brother, John,(jakey620@aol.com) a sister Stacy,(stacliny@aol.com)and a Mom, Pat(rorony@aol.com)
My Angel Jeffrey
This is my son Jeffery Millwood. Those who knew him will never forget him, the way
he loved to laugh, his zest for life and the loved he showed to his family and friends.
I want Jeff's memory to live on. He touched so many lives while here on earth. He taught me many things, he
taught me how to love, how to give your heart until it breaks.
We miss his smile, laughter and courage. But he is not gone. His memory will last throughout our lives.
Knowing and loving my son is worth the price of the pain I feel now. For to never have known and loved him
would have been a far greater loss.
Jeffery we love you and miss you.
Your family and friends.

My Angel Eric
Erik Villela-Simone
5/21/80 - 6/28/97
17 yrs. old
Drowning
Erik is survived by two sisters, Melissa (25) and Jaimi (22). Life is not the
same without him. He was loved by so many that was beyond our wildest
expectations.
He was going to be entering his senior year at Lynbrook High School. He was
compassionate and loving. Erik's dad passed away when he was only 11 years
old. He survived in our household with three women breathing down his neck.
He taught us many things in life and in death. Trying to go on without him
has been extremely difficult, however, we feel we must live for him! We miss
you Erik with whatever pieces of our hearts we have left. Mom, Melissa,
Jaimi, Momma, Aunt Judie, Uncle Bobby, Lee, other family members and all of
your very many friends.Janine,Eric's Mom

Big Sister Deana
Our little bundle of joy came into our lives with the deepest brown eyes and
blonde hair. Your heart would melt to see those big puppy dog eyes. We, were
all wondering where the blonde hair came from. For neither my husband or I
have blonde hair. We, still laugh about that. When Eric came into the world,
his father had already beat me to the hospital. He went in the day before
Thanksgiving to have his appendix out. Needless to say we were the talk of the
hospital. Our little boy Deana's little brother came the day after
Thanksgiving. Even though I was due the day before. He was only three hours
late. He weighed in at eight pounds two ounces and twenty-one inches healthy
little boy. By the time he was nine months old he only weighed ten pounds. Our
little one was not doing to good in the weight department. We, had him to the
doctors everyday for a month. They could not find anything wrong with him. We,
thought for sure we were going to lose him. Then all of a sudden he came down
with a bad cold, they let us take him home. But, sent a nurse to the house
every day to check on him. At the start of the week he only weighed ten
pounds. By the end he weighed fourteen. The doctors were very baffled. But, he
made it and we were very happy and relieved.
He filled our life with joy and wonder. He was the little boy we always
wanted. And the baby brother Deana learned to protect. Eric was always gentle
and soft spoken, easy going, but a tad stubborn. My best friend Becky and
Eric's second mom has a vivid memory. We, laugh about it everytime. It is when
he played right field in Little League. As Little League goes there is always
one player who thinks he is better then anyone. A ball was hit to Eric. The
know it all yelled "give it to me." Eric looked at him looked at the coach,
looked at us in the bleachers, took one last look at the other boy,
yelled,"you want it?" And threw the ball down and walked off the field.
Everyone on base scored. His baseball career ended at the young age of eight.
And the last part of this story. Is the embarrassing part to me. I was the
team mom. And everybody was laughing and saying that was the team mom son.
Could have crawled in a whole about that time.
Eric grew into a fine young man. When he grew to manhood he had a red beard
and brown hair. Where did the red beard come from we don't know. He looked
just like me. Except for the beard. People called him Little Millie.
Then God decided he needed Eric. He called him to Heaven very suddenly, on
February 21, 1997, to take care of all the little babies there. And Eric who
was taught to listen to his elders went obediently. And to this day, he is
watching over all the "little angels" that did not make it till their twenty-
second birthday. We, have his memories and the love he gave us. We, keep them
close to our hearts. So we let our little giggy go with a broken heart but only
for a little while. For we will see him again. And that wonderful smile and
puppy dog eyes will make us smile again.
We love you Eric and cherish you.
Love,
Father, Mom And Your Sister Deana
